Enclosed please find Draft 2 of Resolution 192-05. It was necessary to revise the original
resolution to correct non-substantive errors.
The errors are as follows:

1. Missing phrase - "...LIVING ACTION PLAN [FOR DOWNTOWN HILO]..."
2. Amend anticipated finalization date - T-290 [(DECEMBER 2005)]
