RESOLUTION NO. 219 4J 5
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Kawamoto Swim Stadium is a County recreational facility, and is widely
used for a variety of reasons by all sectors of the public; and
WHEREAS, the existing lifeguard stands are beginning to deteriorate; and
WHEREAS, two lifeguard stands were rusted and had to be removed for safety reasons; and
WHERF,AS, these two lifeguard stands need to be replaced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth
below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.51019L Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relief $6,000.00
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5513.66 Department of Parks and Recreation $6,000.00

BE I'T FINALLY I3~ESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
