A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME. TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the move to the Prince Kuhio Plaza by the Office of the County Council-Clerk-
Election Division requires additional financing to fulfill its financial obligation for the fiscal year
ended June 30, 2006: and
WHEREAS, the Office of the County Clerk has sufficient funds in its Salary and Wages
account to transfer to the Election Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAT`I that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth
below:

010.101.5101.01 Clerk-CouncilSVC-S&W $60,000.00

BE IT FINALLY ~d~'SOL,VED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
