We, the undersigned, cannot imagine our Hawaii County Council supporting the HSAC in
gutting the Sunshine Law!
It is so important that we keep government functions open to public revue and evaluation. We
urge you to destroy any move to strip the public of its right to know.
We consider ourselves intelligent informed voters and doing away with this existing law would
certainly be an egregious affront to all voters.
