Dear Councilpersons:
I understand that at the Council meeting this Tuesday, November 22, one of the matters to
be discussed is that of changing the members of the Planning Committee, and that this is
specifically targeted at Councilman Hoffmann. If this is true, I strongly urge Council
members NOT TO REMOVE Councilman Hoffmann from the Planning Committee. I believe
Councilman Hoffman is doing an excellent job on the Committee and is fairly representing
the people of his district. This seems to me to be more of a case of political in-fighting on
the Council rather than doing what is best for our island.
