Dear Councilman Higa,
Please reconsider your intention to remove Councilman Bob Jacobson from
the chairmanship of the Environmental Mgmt. Comm., and likewise for
Councilman Pete Hoffmann. Bob has done a good job as chairman so to
remove him would be a disservice to the community at large, not just his
district. Pete also has done a good job as co-chairman of the Planning
Committee, crucial in addressing the skyrocketing real estate and home
prices on the island.
