An Ordinance Amending Section 25-5-1 l (Lalamilo-Puukapu Zone Map),
Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005
Edition), by Changing the District Classification from Agricultural (A-40a) to
Agricultural (A-Sa) at Waimea, South Kohala, Hawa.i`i. ,Covered by Tax Map

Transmitted for your consideration is a Draft 2 of Bill 162. Draft 2 of the Bill amends Condition H,
to include additional languag~° relating to meeting County of J-lawai`i drainage standards. This was
requested by Council Member James Arakaki at the November 22, 2005 Council meeting.
Condition 11 of Bill 162, as amended by attached Draft 2, shall read in its entirety, as follows (new
additional language underlined):
H. The applicant shall submit a hydrolo is and hydraulic draina eg stud~prePared bra
licensed civil,;;n~inver to the D~artment of;'ublic Works. The drainage study shall be

In addition, Draft 2 was revised to provide for one Council Member signature line instead of two.
