SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 05-87, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Prosecuting Attorney's Office at Aupuni Center $ 1,700,000
(110-199-5191.35)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 1,700,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
