The Leleiwi Community Association is concerned that the reclassification of
the bread and breakfast operations fi•om homeowner to hotel and resort status
by the Finance Department-Real Property Tax Division will open the door to
possible rezoning claims. Within a one mile area we have five bread and
breakfast operations and would not wish to have this action by the Finance
Committee be construed as an inroad into rezoning of the area by these or
other property owners. '
