A RESOLUTION TRANSF>!:KKING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CRF,DITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Pahala Swimming Pool is situated in the District ofKa'u; and
WHEREAS, the Pahala Swimming Pool is in dire need of a new lifeguard tower; and
WHEREAS, the Pahala Swimming Pool is frequented by members of the public from
Volcano to Honomalino; and
WHEREAS, the Department oC Parks and Recreation has requested funding assistance
from the Clerk-Council Services Contingency Relief account to fund a new lifeguard tower at the
Pahala Swimming Pool.
NOW, THEREFORE„ BE [T RESOLVF,D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE, COUNTY
OF HAWA[`I that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:
