From the Designated Fund Account and Crediting Sane to a Designated Fund
Account.
Pursuant to Section 2(g) of Rulc 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
[Iawai'i, this written request is submitted with my approval that the above-referenced matter be
waived from the I~iuance Committee to the frill Council fbr immediate action. In reviewing this
matter, timely appro~~al is crucial. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and [he
matter placed onto the next Council agenda for review. I Iowcver, in the event this request is
