Re: Fuel Tax Increase Expenditure Plan
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance reappropriating lapsed Increment IV fuel
tax district appropriations. An accounting of all district appropriations
established by Ordinance 95-79 revealed lapsed fund balances for all
districts. Because the original amounts were established by formula and to
maintain equity, lapsed district funds are being reappropriated back to the
respective districts.
