This is to transmit Bill 190, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment made at the
January 20, 2006, Council meeting.
Draft 2 amended Draft 1 by decreasing the proposed increase of the appropriation by
$2,779,000 to $1,121,000 for the Department of Environmental Management Fast
Hawaii Regional Sort Station (DFMEHRSS).
Che new total for DI;MI?1 [RSS is now $3,321,000.
