Discretionary funds from District 5 will be used for the purchase of tools and equipment to train
students for entry level positions in the field of auto mechanics at Pahoa High and Intermediate
School. This grant will be administered by the Oftice of the Prosecuting Attorney.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC-
