RE: Attached Resolution in regazds to Appropriating/Transferring Funds
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted requesting that Resolution No. 16 4 ,relating to the
transfer of funds from the Clerk-Council's Misc. Contractual Account (discretionary funds) to
various accounts, be numbered and waived from the Committee on Finance in order that
appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such a waiver be granted.
