SUBJECT: Proposed Sale of Government Right-of-Way
in front of Oceanview Inn Building on Ali`i Drive

Enclosed is a resolution which authorizes the abandonment and disposition of a portion
of a government right-of-way for the proposed sale to Patrick Corrigan and Sabu Shake
Jr., principals of Fishhopper, LLC. An independent appraiser has determined that the
fair market value of the right-of-way, with an area of 709 square foot, is $25,000.00.
