Re: Resolution to Create New Positions
Enclosed is Resolution creating seven new positions for the Solidwaste Division
of the Department of Public Works. These positions are in compliance to the
Order issued by the Third Circuit Court to assume responsibilities for waste
intake services at the Pu'uanahulu Landfill.
Also enclosed is a Resolution to create a Construction and Repair Equipment
object level to purchase equipment for the Solidwaste operations.
The Department would like this Resolution to go directly to Council as time is
of the essence to meet the deadlines set by said Order.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
