These positions are in compliance to the Order issued by the Third Circuit Court to assume responsibilities for waste intake services at the Pu'uanahulu Landfill. Also enclosed is a Resolution to create a Construction and Repair Equipment object level to purchase equipment for the Solidwaste operations. The Department would like this Resolution to go directly to Council as time is of the essence to meet the deadlines set by said Order.
