"These discretionary funds from Council District 5 will be used to provide lights, signs, decals
and communication devices for the Ainaloa Neighborhood Watch Program.
Your Committee heard testimony in favor of tLe measure tiom Mr. Steven Torres.
Council Member Donald Ikcda thanked Mr. Steven Torres for all his hard work and advised
Mr. 'Torres that the Community Police can also help the Ainaloa Neighborhood Watch Program
with materials and other throes.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 206-OS
and recommends its adoption.
