Resolution No. 243-06, transmitted by Council Member Bob Jacobson, via Commtmication
No. 637, dated January 4, 2006, transfers funds as follows:

010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC - General $40,000.00
Contingency Relief
To:
010.801.5801.33 Transfer to Capital Project Fund-G General $40,000.00
(Dept of Pazks and Recreation,
Kahuku Park Improvements 1 10.599.5598.62)
7 hose discretionary funds from Council District 6 will be used to pay for costs associated with
the improvements at Kahuku Park. The needs identified at Kahuku Park include improvements
to help aid the safety and welfare of the many people in Ocean View.
Your Committee heard testimony in lavor of the measure from Robin Lamson Chairman of
Friends of Kahuku Park.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 243-06
and recommends its adoption.
