A RF,SOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAMF, TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, a $20,000 appropriation will be used to construct a new drainage
structure to mitigate localized flooding conditions on Hokupa'a Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF, COUNCIL OF THF.
COUN'T'Y OF HAWAI`1 that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set
forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
