Re: Resolution to Create New Position
Enclosed is a Resolution creating an Account Clerk position for the Department
of Parks & Recreation, Administrative Division.
This position is essential to accommodate the increasing workload and
responsibilities in the Accounting/Fiscal Section. The current staffing is
inadequate to provide payroll, accounts payable, accounting, budgeting and
computer training for the entire Department.
