JOHN M. BERTSCH, FIRE COMMISSION
There was an error in a letter sent on February 9, 2005, nominating John M.
Bertsch to the County of Hawaii Fire Commission. The letter stated that if
confirmed, he will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2010. It should have
stated that if confirmed, he will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2009.
