Subject: Pass strong dog controls
Dear Mr. Higa,
We are in support of stronger (the original proposed) legislation to control dogs. Please do not let a few dog
owners dictate what is best for the community. The proposed legislation was not "anti-dog," as reported in the
newspaper; it is reasonable, fair and safer for the general public. To compare noise levels of people, especially
children, to that of dogs is unreasonable and illogic. So, please move forward with strong legislation to control
dogs and hold owners responsible for their animal's behavior.
