Subject: COUNCIL MEETINGS
Dear Mr. Higa:
I attended yesterdays 2/15/06, County Council Meeting Draft relating to Animals gave testimony &
comments and was glad I did.
One point though. As Chair I feel it is your responsibility for keeping order during this meeting and keeping to
the point at hand. Thankyou Ms. Isbell for having the gumption to so note this. Thankyou Mr. Arakaki for
taking the time to listen and research.
What I am getting to is the Barking Dog Video and the accusations made by council members ,should not
have had their place in this meeting. This is my opinion. I was raised ,like many being fought THERE'S A
TIME & PLACE FOR EVERYTHING. MAYBE SOME COUNCIL MEMBERS SHOULD CONSIDER ADOPTING
THIS RULE AS THEIR OWN.
