I move to amend Bill 190 by decreasing the proposed increased appropriation for the East Hawai `i Regional Sort Station from $3,900,000 to $ ] ,121,000. This amendment will reduce the amount requested from $6,] 00,000 to $3,321,000 (a decrease of $2,779,000). The amendment is as follows: SECTION 1. ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMF,NT: Gast Hawaii Regional Sort Station [$2,200,000 $3,321,000 SEC"PION 2.
