This agenda item appears to be providing a final report on the Puna Regional Circulation Plan (PRCP).
While I have no objection to your receiving the report, I do think you should ask the Planning
Department when you can expect to receive a similaz report on the Keahole to Honaunau Roadway
Circulation Plan, which, I believe was initiated and completed by the same firm prior to the PCRP.
