Subject: KPC Villages on Planning Committee Agenda

While I favor smart, planned development, I strongly object to this project at this time.
Our existing infrastructure is already seriously overburdened making Kailua-Kona a less
desirable place to live or visit. Both residents and tourists are fed up with slowly being
choked to death by traffic and failed promises. Additional pledges of future
improvements are unacceptable. Build the roads and other required infrastructure first
before any further building is allowed, not only on Alii Drive, but throughout our
community.
Concurrency must start someplace. Make it here.
