llear Council Members,
I n,grct that [will be unable to attend the final reading of 13111 162, but want to go on record with my
opposition to it.
The proposed amendment of Condition 1I of the above referenced Rill is a step in the right direction,
however, the language regarding a hydrologic and hydraulic study by a licensed civil engineer is vague
at best. Also, tlxe Lull should clearly state what the llepartment of Public Works Storm Drainage
Standards axe, and who, iP anyone, will follow up, if in fact, this 13111 passes and the luabas arc free to
subdivide 4rcir property.
Unless and until the ilnoding issue is resolved, 1 urge you to either postpone or table passage of this 13111.
We, here an the L3ig Island, have learned much by watching unmonitored and ill planned growth nn
Oahu and Maui. Let's not Ict our island suffer the same fate.
