SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance to
Negotiate the Disposition of Real Property to the
Hawaii Island Housing Trust for the Purpose of the
Development of the Waikoloa Employee Housing Project
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance to Negotiate the
Disposition of Real Property to the Hawaii Island Housing Trust
for the Purpose of the Development of the Waikoloa Employee
Housing Project.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on February 28, 2006, and voted as
follows:
AYES: J. Arakaki, S. Higa, F. Holschuh, D. Ikeda,
V. Isbell (kanalua), B. Jacobson, A. Pilago,
G. Safarik, P. Hoffmann - 9
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: None
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its March 22, 2006, meeting.
