Addendum Number 1
Please correct the answer to Question 1 made in Section 4, which reads:
Question 1: Does the County Administration have the Council and the public backing to
move this RFP forward?
Response: Yes. Issuance of the State 1 RFP, which embodies principles
approved by the Council at the October 17, 2005 Environmental Committee
Meeting, demonstrates the Council's will to implement a waste reduction facility
technology project in accordance with the Integrated Solid Waste Management
Plan.
The will of the Council can only be demonstrated when and if the full Counci] acts upon the
Environmental Committee's recommendation of October 17, 2005.
