1 would Tike to cautiously speak against the proposal at [his time. The reason for my caution is that 1 am afraid that if
refused, the current zoning will be used to build a building that does no[ help with the area's needs
for more parking, [ravel lanes, and improved pedestrian facilities. If approved there may be some chance for improvements
in those areas, which should be investigated. The best scenario, in my mind, is to make a road and parking out of the whole
parcel, if that could be arranged. Please use as much foresight as possible to try and make decisions that will improve the
area to the best of your abilities.
