Digital Subscriber Line Equipment Site in
Makahanaloa & Pepe`ekeo, South Hilo

Enclosed is a resolution which authorizes the granting of a perpetual easement to Hawaiian
Telcom, Inc. An independent appraiser has determined that the fair market value of the site
with an area of 908 square feet is $1,500.00.
