RE: Resolution Transferring Discretionary Funds (Council District 4)
Discretionary funds from Council District 4 will be used to supplement the purchase of the
playground equipment for the Lincoln Park Improvement project. The original amount of
$30,000.00 that was appropriated in Ordinance No. 05-78, which amended Ordinance No. 04-75
was insufficient. The total cost is $35,250.00.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,250 from the Clerk-Council Services
Contingency Relief account to the following account(s) and project(s):
