The major changes in the addendum are: Clarifies project ownership/financing; financial qualifications; information disclosure to third parties; clarifies Addendum Number 1, response to question number 1, section 4; and explains when the Design-Build-Operate (D-B-O) team can be changed. Comm. 685: PRESENTATION BY COUNCILMEMBER FRED HOLSCHUH, M.D. ON A SOLID WASTE INCINERATION SYSTEM OBSERVED ON A RECENT TRIP TO TAIWAN From Councilmember Fred Holschuh, M.D., dated February 28, 2006, requesting time for the above presentation. States that he will provide fresh information that could help the Councilmembers in their efforts to seek out solutions and find answers to Hawaii County's solid waste crisis.
