State of Hawaii (hereinafter "Department"), and Hawaii County Police Department
(hereinafter "CONTRACTOR'), whose business address is:

A. The DEPARTMENT and CONTRACTOR entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) identified
and amended as follows (hereinafter collectively referred to as "AgreemenC):

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope of services shall remain the same as the original contrail.
ATTACHMENT B
TIME OF PERFORMANCE
The original agreement was for the period February 2, 2005 to December 31, 2005 and included an
option to extend for five (5) additional twelve (12) month period.
In accordance with the terms of the original agreement, this conVact is extended for the first twelve (12)
month period January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.
There still four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods remaining.
ATTACHMENTC
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The DOE agrees to pay and the Contractor agrees to accept, in full and complete payment for all services
rendered during this 12-month contrail period, an amount not to exceed:
Thirty Four Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five and no/100 Dollars (534,125.00)
Contract price shall include all services, materials (as applicable), overhead, profit, all applicable taxes,
and any other incidental and operational expenses incurced by the Contractor in the performance of its
obligations hereunder. The conVact price shall be the all-inclusive cost to the DOE and no other charges
will be honored.
Payments shall be made in four (4) equal increments of $8,531.25 upon receipt of an original invoice.
Statement of Contract Funds
Compensation for the original contract: $34,125.00
Compensation for Supplemental Agreement 1 is: $34.125.00
Total compensation for this Agreement: $ 68,250.00

that the seal affixed to the foregoing instrument is the corporate seal of said County of
Hawaii; that the foregoing instrument was signed and sealed in behalf of the County of
Hawaii by authority given to said Mayor of the County of Hawaii by Section 5-1.3(g) of the
County Charter, County of Hawaii (2000), as amended, and assigned by the Mayor to the
Managing Director pursuant to Section 6-1.3(h) of the County Charter; and said DIXIE
KAETSU acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said County of Hawaii.
