COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S), FOR PAHALA PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the needs identified at Pahala Park include the upgrading of athletic facilities for
use by residents and visitors; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation will utilize these funds to pay for a
new baseball backstop, which would improve the quality of recreation for users of Pahala Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth
below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relief $2,000.00
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000.00

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed to
forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is
hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
