Please hold a public hearing in Kona regarding the Hilu-Hilu project.
There have been so many changes made to the original plans (including elimination
of the university campus) that the community should be able to listen to and
comment upon the more recent plans by the developer of this huge development (up to
2000 homes apparently).
There should be no reconsideration of any new devlopment in Kona until meaningful
concurrency legislation is enacted.
