RE: Transfer of Discretionary Funds f fiscal Year 2005-2006
Discretionary funds from District 8 will be used to fund the 2006 "Mealani's A Taste of the Hawaiian
Range Agricultural Festival". The funds will be administered by the Department of Research and
Development through its Tourism Promotion program.
Enclosed please find a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
