Amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning), Article 4, Section 25-4-11(b)
(Sewer Pump Station)
The Planning Commission at its duly held public hearing on March 24, 2006, voted to
recommend approval of the Planning Director's request for an amendment to Chapter 25
(Zoning), Article 4, Section 25-4-1 l (b) by including a sewer pump station as a permitted
use in any zone district subject to the Planning Director's issuance of a plan approval.
We have enclosed the draft bill for your approval.
