Discretionary funds from District 8 will be used to fund the Alternatives to Drugs - Big Island Youth
Video Contest. The funds will be administered by the Department of Research and Development
through its Hawaii County Resource Center, Miscellaneous Contract Services program.
Enclosed please find a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $2,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
