Subject: KPC Villages
I cannot attend the hearings next week but would like to make my views known and clear. Development in the
absence of adequate infrastructure is a sure recipe for disaster to the community. Effective and competent
planning must consider the adequacy of the infrastructure to insure a quality life style for all. A no to the KPC
development will insure adequate time to effectively build the infrastructure. The absence of a no vote allows a
profit oriented private project to proceed at the expense of the community, for the present and the future. Thank
