Res. 285-06: Authorizes the Payment of Funds of a Later Fiscal Year and More Than One Fiscal
Year for aMulti-Year Lease (10 years) of Real Property for the One-Stop Aging &
Disability Resource Center (ADRC). {This centralized site, located on the
grounds of the old Sun Sun Lau building, would serve as the one-stop ADRC
where information, counseling, and access to all long-term support matters would
be made available [o the public. The Office of Aging obtained a federal grant for
$495,000 to develop the ADRC as a pilot site, and in addition to this funding,
rental income would be generated through sub-leases of space to certain
participating agencies. }
