Discretionary funds from District 8 will be used to fund the E Pulama I Ka Honua (Cherish the Earth)
festival. The funds will be administered by the Department of Research and Development through its
Tourism Promotion, Miscellaneous Contract Services program.
Enclosed please find a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
