Bill No. 240, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 275-06 by Director of Finance
William Takaba, via Communication No. 733, dated February 27, 2006, amends Ordinance
No. OS-86, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2006. The amendment is as
follows:

To:
010-201-5203.02 Police Admin Division - OCE General $600
These funds donated by the Kona Coast Resort will be used for the Hawaii County Police
Department's Special Response Team, in appreciation of its on-going support to the community.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 240 and
recommends it pass first reading.
