TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ANU FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2005 TO JUNE 30, 2006.
CE IT OR®AINE® 13Y THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 05-87, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Ahalanui/Pohoiki Bay Beach Park
(110-599-5590.41) [$2,000,000] $ 5,600,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 5,600,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
