,~tV or y~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ''TI O! ~M~~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3;:,'7 ~ & <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) TO SUPPORT THE GRASSROOTS <br /> <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP'S KUPUKUPU DRUG PREVENTION <br /> SUMMER PROGRAM AT THE OLA`A COMMUNITY CENTER IN KEA`AU. <br /> WHEREAS, the Kea`au community is experiencing the negative effects of"Ice", other <br /> <br /> drugs and the related consequences; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Kea`au community is seriously lacking in drug prevention programs <br /> <br /> and after school activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Grassroots Community Development Group is currently offering a <br /> <br /> weekly drug prevention program as well as daily after school activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Grassroots Community Development Group will be implementing a <br /> <br /> summer drug prevention program for area youth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF,SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF.
