Add New Condition"K": <br /> I Final approval of the subdivision request will not be granted until <br /> improvements to the intersection at Mamalahoa Highway and Kaloko <br /> Drive are completed provided that if the improvements are not completed <br /> within 24 months of the date of adoption of this ordinance, the applicant <br /> shall be allowed to proceed with the subdivision. <br /> The improvements may include the following: <br /> 1. Illuminate intersection at night; <br /> 2 Installation of traffic signalization devices; <br /> 3 Channelize turning movements at the intersection; and <br /> 4 Provide other safety improvements including appropriate line of sight <br /> distance requirements as may be required by the State Department of <br /> Transportation. <br /> 2.
