SUBJECT : MARIJUANA ERADICATION MISSION FOR THE MONTH OF
MARCH 2006
The Hawaii Police Department conducted a marijuana eradication mission on
March 28-30, 2006, in East Hawaii.
As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated
and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the
complaint disposition are attached.

Caller reported that a grey helicopter flew low over trees, thereby creating a loud sound that could
disturb older persons in the area. Caller was informed that police were conducting a marijuana
eradication mission and thereofre was satisfied and did not wish to file a formal complaint.
