Subject: Resolution No. 290 (Draft 2) Supersedes Resolution No. 108-OS (Draft 2).
This is to clarify that Resolution No. 290 (Draft 2) supersedes in its entirety Resolution No. 108-
05 (Draft 2).
Per action taken at the Finance Committee April 18, 2006 meeting, Resolution No. 108-OS
(Draft 2) was referred to the Council agenda, with a recommendation for approval.
When Resolution No. 108-OS (Draft 2) appears on the Council agenda, this resolution and all
related communications will need to be filed for no further action; and Resolution No. 290 (Draft
2) will be for the Council's approval.
