HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 335 Draft 01 2004-2006 COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~ ~ A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) WHEREAS, the program will develop a feature article based on a six to eight day itinerary for West and North Hawaii, including the small, hidden treasures that are off the beaten path; and WHEREAS, the piece will feature areas from South Point through Kamuela, and is a continuation of the East Hawaii five (5) day itinerary completed in March/April 2006; and WHEREAS, the information will be used to develop an online travel agent training tool on the Big Island Visitors Bureau's (BIVB) website (www.BigIsland.org), incorporated into collateral material, and other promotional mediums to be determined. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FiIND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $3,000.00 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-council SVC -Contingency Relief $3,000.00 CREDITI'D TO: 010.161.5161.60 Department of Research and Development $3,000.00 Tourism Promotion Misc. Account Services (Hidden Treasures Itinerary -West Hawai `i) BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
